The pride of Kannada cinema S Venkateshwara Babu – called as SV Babu heading many areas of businesses has stated again that his passion for film making never dips.

I have told in the past that I am not making the film only for money – I reiterate. For me passion is most important. Recognizing the right talent is also happening from our SV Productions. For ‘Rikki’ I got call sheet of Rakshit Shetty from producer K Manju. I am so thankful. I am thankful again for Rakshit because he has given one stretch call sheet for this film. The subject narrated to me by Rishab Shetty convinced me. Besides giving entertainment the film should be sensitive also. This is that film and entirely different from my previous film ‘Josh’ says SV Babu.


For taking up a film at one spot almost for 45 plus days my co producer A Ganesh is also responsible. We have shot in Karnataka forest areas mainly for this film observes SV Babu. This is the 12th film in the banner of SV Productions. No compromise at all in every small work. We bought camera equipments from Mumbai for this film purpose says Babu.


Executive producer A Ganesh has records of original document in his mobile. This will be one of the very interesting films in Kannada opines Ganesh.
